EXTRA safety precautions have been introduced after children tested positive for Covid at a Knutsford school.
Parents of pupils at St Vincent's Catholic Primary School are being asked to carry out daily lateral flow tests on their children after new cases were confirmed.
Parents and carers are also urged to continue to wear face coverings when in the playground when bringing children in and out of school.

The school is keen to contain the outbreak.
Headteacher Bernadette Groarke said: "We want to keep school safe. We have been very lucky up until now and have only had a few cases.
"We want to make sure we can continue with our broad and balanced curriculum and carry on with all the different things we want to do like visits to the theatre and residentials."
The school in Manor Park South has received support from the local authority.
A spokesman for Cheshire East Council, said: “We continue to help all of our schools, as well as colleges and nurseries if an outbreak occurs, with support from our dedicated education and public health teams.
“Since the start of the new term, we have seen a number of schools across Cheshire East with high rates of Covid.
"All are provided with weekly updates on the latest government guidance which helps them to identify positive cases, reduce the spread and protect staff and pupils.
“We also are assisting schools with their communication with parents and what they need to do to meet national and local guidance.”
