A DRIVER has been fined for speeding on the motorway.
Gurchat Garcha, 47, of Turing Drive, Wilmslow, pleaded guilty to driving at 100mph on the M62 in Bradford on June 28 this year, West Yorkshire Magistrates Court has heard.
An automatic speed camera recorded the driver exceeding the 70mph motorway limit on the westbound carriageway between junctions 26 and 25 in West Yorkshire.

Bradford and Keighley magistrates issued a fine of £615 and ordered Garcha to pay £90 costs and £61 victim's surcharge when the case was heard on November 25.
Garch's driving licence was also endorsed with five points.
The bench said that the defendant's guilty plea was taken into consideration when imposing the sentence.
