A CHARACTERFUL town centre Grade II listed building dating back to 1702 has a new owner.
Two properties comprising 1,965 sq ft, on Church Hill in Knutsford have been sold for £750,000.
International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of Castle Mile Group, have completed the sale of office space and a neighbouring residential unit to Swiftsure Wealth Management Limited.

Daniel Barnes, associate director at Savills, said: “In spite of the wider challenges caused by Covid-19, the office market remains resilient with strong demand from owner occupiers.
"The purchase of this building by an office occupier is testament to that. Ideally located within Knutsford town centre, this traditional, historic building is an excellent acquisition following good levels of interest.”
