A MUCH-LOVED event for four-legged friends and their owners is back.

DogFest returns to Tatton Park for a weekend full of fun and adventurous games and activities on September 25 and 26.

Dog shows, dramatic displays, shopping village, music and refreshments are among the many highlights.

Experts will be on hand to offer information and advice.

A fun dog show offers the chance to showcase your pet's unique attributes as four show rings will be open on both days.

Prizes will be awarded to the winners of various categories including the dog with the waggiest tail, cool pup, loveliest lady, best rescue dog and best lookalike owner.

Dog Fest

The UK's most skilled dog display teams will demonstrate their skills and agility in the main arena.

There will be plenty of opportunities for your pooch to take part in all sorts of challenges.

Owners can instruct their pets to dive under scramble nets, zigzag around poles and dart through tunnels.

Dogs will be times as they jump over a series of hay bales and prizes awarded for the fastest times of the day.

Interviews and interactive activities will take play on the live stage.

Families can relax on a picnic blanket for a chilled afternoon listening to music.

Artisan food stalls, coffee vans and gin and prosecco bars will serve al fresco refreshments.

Dog Fest

DogFest provides the latest advice from guest experts on animal health and welfare, veterinary developments, diet and behaviour. Owners can chat to the festival's official charity partner, Dogs Trust, to learn more about fundraising opportunities or re-homing.

Families who have recently welcomed a dog into their own can seek practical tips.

DogFest recommends socialisation at an early stage for every puppy’s mental wellbeing and future development.

Due to the increase in dog ownership during the pandemic, DogFest has created the ideal place for pups of all breeds, shapes and sizes to mix in a friendly and relaxed environment.

All puppies must be inoculated and protected.

Pets can also take part in the big dog walk, a two or four kilometre route around Tatton Park’s stunning grounds and discover fun games and surprises along the way.
