A DEDICATED team of volunteers is once again showing people how to save someone's life if they have a cardiac arrest.
Knutsford First Responders are re-starting their monthly heartstart courses on Thursday, September 2.
So far more than 3,000 residents have been trained in emergency life skills.
Sessions have been suspended for 18 months due to the pandemic.
A new interactive course will take place at the same venue as before, the Methodist Church on Princess Street.
This free course lasts two and a half hours and teaches the basics of CPR, the recovery position, choking, bleeding and the use of a defibrillator.

The charity has been serving the community since 2002.
Adrian Rees, vice chairman of Knutsford Community First Responder Trust, said: "We will be relaunching our brand new interactive course, based on the original British Heart Foundation format but upgraded with latest procedures and updated videos.
"We are a centre of excellence and the first in the UK."
