FOOTBALLERS from Macclesfield Town have 'beared' their hearts for an Ollerton family's latest campaign.

The Holland family, who run Spinney Motorhomes, launched the Grace Bear campaign on March 1 in aid of CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young).

The campaign is of particular poignancy as it is named after Grace Holland – who was 9-weeks-old when her father Nick, the son of Spinney founders, Gill and Nick Holland Senior, died unexpectedly from an undiagnosed heart condition aged just 26.

After hearing about the campaign, footballers from the club made a stop by the Holmes Chapel-based business to show their support.

As well as backing the campaign, the club donated a shirt to the cause.
