KNUTSFORD-based property manager The Guthrie Partnership has been sold for £800,000.
The firm, based on Church Hill, manages around 4,000 units in 180 buildings around Manchester and Cheshire.
It has been bought by Croydon-based HML Holdings, a listed firm which specialises in managing residential properties.
The Guthrie Partnership’s founder and managing director Alec Guthrie will continue to run the business which will become part of HML Andertons but keep its name.
