HEWITT On 10th December 2008 peacefully in Macclesfield and formerly of Knutsford, Les (The Duke) aged 80 years. Remembered by all his family and friends. Funeral service in St Cross Church, Knutsford on Thursday 18th December 2008 at 11.30am, followed by interment in Knutsford Cemetery.
