ENTWISLE Janet Peacefully at home in the tender loving care of her family, after a short illness bravely borne, Janet aged 47 years, of East Road Middlewich, the much loved Wife of Richard and special Mum of Katie and Ben. Funeral to take place on Friday 12th October, 2007, with a service and committal at Crewe Crematorium at 2.00 p.m. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to The Red Cross and Macmillan Nurses Fund.
