HARKNESS Joe On 22nd February, 2007 of Exeter, Devon and formerly of Knutsford, Joe aged 67 years, passed away peacefully at Wanford Hospital,Exeter. Husband of the late Sylvia, loving father to David, Keith and John. Devoted grandfather to nine grandchildren. Brother to David and John. Funeral at Exeter and Devon Crematorium on Friday 2nd March, 2007 at 10.45 a.m. Joe was a member of the R.A.O.B.
