JACQUELINE HELENA BETTY HORNSBY Died on 28th April, aged 81. Beloved widow of Peter and treasured mother to Mark and Lesley and grandmother to Charlotte and Gabrielle. She'll be sadly missed by all her friends and family. A simple service will take place on Thursday 9th May at Vale Royal Crematorium at 11:30hrs.
