FRANK MACFARLANE (FCMA) Accountant and former head of finance at Greater Manchester Police. Proud Husband, Father and Grandfather, died peacefully on Saturday 15th September 2018 at Macclesfield District General Hospital aged 86 years. Funeral Service will be held at St Bartholomew's Church, Wilmslow on Thursday 11th October 2018 at 12:00 Noon followed by a private burial.
