GEMMA REAL THOMAS On 28th December 2015, peacefully at home in Knutsford. Gemma, aged 51 years, the much loved wife of Gareth and devoted mother of Mark and Kassandra. Funeral Service and Committal at Vale Royal Crematorium on Monday 11th January at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if wished for Macmillan Nurses.
