MICHAEL JOHNATHAN HOOK On 2nd May 2015, peacefully at home in Knutsford, Mike aged 55 years. Dearly loved husband of Clare, a loving and devoted dad of Charlotte and Ross, and a much loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral Service at St. Wilfrid’s Church, Mobberley on Thursday 14th May at 11:00 a.m. followed by committal at the Altrincham Crematorium at 3:30 p.m. Family Flowers only please.
