DAVID SMITHSON 'Forever in our Thoughts and Hearts' Peacefully in hospital, on 28th November 2013, after a long illness courageously borne. Dearest husband of Helen and much loved father of Ben, Tom and Catherine. Funeral to be held in Brook Street Unitarian Chapel, on Tuesday 10th December at 12 noon followed by Committal at the Altrincham Crematorium. Family flowers only.
