JAKKI FIELDING On 29th November 2013, died peacefully at home, with family by her side. Dear wife of Jim, and loving mother of Joanne and Suzanne, nana to Alex and Gemma. Friends are welcome to join the family at the ceremony and afterwards at Shaw Heath Social Club. Dress - colours welcome. Family flowers only, donations will be most gratefully accepted for Knutsford Lions and The Children's Adventure Farm.
