JACK RECORD On 5th December 2012, peacefully, of Chelford, Jack aged 99 years. The much loved husband of Nan and a beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather. Private cremation at Altrincham Crematorium followed by a Funeral Mass to celebrate his life at St Vincent's RC Church, Knutsford on Monday 17th December at 12 noon.
