SUSAN CREAMER On 24th October 2012, peacefully in hospital after a brief illness and of Mobberley, Sue aged 63 years. The dear wife of Jon, much loved mum of Simon, Daniel & Emily, loving grandma of Kevin, Daisy & Mollie and a dear sister & daughter-in-law. Funeral service and committal at Altrincham Crematorium on Monday 5th November at 2.00 pm. Family flowers only please, donations if wished for the Acute Stroke Unit at Salford Royal Hospital and Charlie Harrison Foundation.
